Template:Sideicon The Taxim is an enemy in Final Fantasy XIII-2. It is found in Academia -400 AF- shortly after the player arrives.
Stats
Battle
They will usually appear alongside Nelapsi or other Taxim. Their physical attacks are strong, but their real strength lie in their spellcast. With powerful spells like Blizzara and especially Wound, the party should include a Medic to quickly restore HP and Wound Potions to regain the lost HP from Wound.
Etymology
In Slavic folklore, a Taxim is a corpse risen from the dead.
Trivia
- The Taxim make a cameo appearance in Final Fantasy Airborne Brigade, appearing as enemies in the Archylte Steppe special area. Like all common enemies, they are instantly defeated when encountered.
