Tatts.
Tatts is a sailor in Kilika and a blitzball free agent in Final Fantasy X. Tatts is onboard the S.S. Liki heading toward Kilika from Besaid, and also present during the sending in Kilika. Afterwards Tatts can be found in Kilika Port and is recruitable for blitzball.
Apart from his weak CA, his stats develop well. His best stats are his EN and PA, and his BL catches up with them in later levels.
He has the "Invisible Shot" technique, which has a 60% chance of allowing him to turn the ball invisible. This allows Tatts to select where in the goal the ball will be aimed and will bypass the goalie's CA skill, provided he does not guess where the ball is aimed.
