Tasks (Type-0)

Party amid performing a task.

Tasks (依頼, Irai?), also known as Requests, are a series of sidequests in Final Fantasy Type-0, which can be done during Free Time in between missions.

Tasks consist of fulfilling an objective for a client, such as retrieving an item or defeating a number of enemies, to claim a reward. Tasks are only available during free time periods at Akademeia and do not consume event hours, although most tasks require venturing outside Akademeia, and several tasks are available in towns. Should a task be completed by Mission Day, the reward can be claimed from Kurasame (later Moglin) prior to a mission briefing. Tasks can only be done one at a time—if a new task is accepted while a current one is under way, the player will be prompted to cancel the current one.

Completed tasks are archived in the Record of Service section of the Rubicus. Completing a task for the first time prompts Mog to reward the player with an Elixir.
