Talking Strategy is a quest in Chapter 3, "Home Sweet Slum", in Final Fantasy VII Remake, taking place in the Sector 7 Slums. After Cloud Strife and Tifa Lockhart return to Seventh Heaven, Barret Wallace asks the two to discuss the next mission for Avalanche. Tifa serves Cloud a drink while waiting, before Cloud joins the group.
Walkthrough[]
At the start of the quest, use the 
to move Cloud and leave the seat. In Seventh Heaven, the only things to do are to interact with the jukebox, or to play darts in the bottm-right corner. To play darts, simply aim the reticle and wait until it homes in to the smallest possible to secure the most accurate spot, aiming for the central targets.
After playing darts, to proceed, return Cloud to his seat at the bar, and select to wait there for Tifa, commencing a cutscene. After this, the group will continue talking to each other. Cloud can talk to each of the characters, though they will simply say a line of dialogue before returning to the conversation. Once the conversation ends, Cloud can still talk to them for brief dialogue, although this will not progress the conversation.
