Naming[]
Eh... and where do we exactly see this track named as "Final Fantasy Victory Fanfare"?
Bluer, you deleted the page whilst I was editing...Sounds made up. A quick search shows me that FFVIII, FFIX and FFIV have it named "Fanfare", FFIII "Victory", FFV "Victory's Fanfare and FFVII and FFX "Victory Fanfare". FFT is either "Mission Complete" or "Fanfare". More research needed...
I mean, it recurs more often as Shouri no Fanfare, translated as "Victory Fanfare" and not "Final Fantasy Victory Fanfare".
This user named SilvaGunner on YouTube tends to use the OST names for the FF songs on his page and playlists and I found that he has uploaded the themes from Dissidia for both Chaos' side and Cosmos' side. They are named "Victory Fanfare -Cosmos-" and "Victory Fanfare -Chaos-" and I think based on him using the OST names for these songs, I'll to add them to the page if no one else objects within 48 hours of this post.
Unlockables in Dissidia?[]
Hi, I'm the same IP guy from the Chocobo's theme Talk Page, and with the same question here:
Can really all of the Fanfares from I-XII be unlocked to heard in the theather? Source?
Sample or Vid?[]
I know policy is to use music samples, not YouTube. However, a sample doesn't showcase the various arrangements as the video does. So should we use a sample or keep the vid? Drake Clawfang 16:17, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
- TBH, I'd personally prefer for them to be cut into smaller samples. One video covering the entire series may seem practical, but it will take away from the content. People could read the content and have the video playing at the same time, but then they'd possibly have to scroll up to see which game it is. A ogg in each section means the player can listen to each one at a time when they're going down, and making it easier for them to read the content.
- I think. ILHI 16:39, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
No Fanfare in XIII?[]
Cecil the Paladin - Come, we shall march on to the road that leads to the Final Fantasy... TALK - 04:03, January 26, 2010 (UTC)
Is it true? I've searched all over and haven't found it...
If it is it sucks. But I guess its expected since it wasint Nobuos work. I know he didint do 10 or 12 and they both had victory fanfares but still. It was kinda expected.
Toad?[]
Why is the picture at the top of the page one of Cecil as a toad? I fail to see how this relates to the Victory Fanfare... Don't we have an animation of a well known character doing a victory pose, instead of a block of gray pixels?
Victory Fanfare in Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1[]
The protagonist of the game will hum the VF when she level up (at 1:50). Is it worth mentioning? 05:14, September 26, 2014 (UTC)
Updating the Smash Bros Section[]
Should the Smash Bros. section be updated regarding Cloud's results theme? It currently says it's unique because it's the only one that loops. With the release of Joker however, this is no longer true, as his loops as well. I'm wondering if the section should be edited to reflect that. CptObvious1994 (talk) 01:25, April 23, 2019 (UTC)
