Gilgamesh: Enough expository banter!

What belongs here[]

Just in case you're confused by the title:

  • We're going to be looking for those things that make you scream one way or the other; joy if you land them, agony if you don't.
  • Things that you have to beg, plead, hope, and pray to the Almighty RNGods that you get should be here.
  • If you can get it in a treasure chest or through shopping, it's probably not as rare as we'd want to see here.
  • Key items should NEVER be here. If they are, zap them!

Vell, zen, vat are you vaitink for?! Get in here, man. I've covered the Pudding, so I suppose "badges of honor" are covered. My fingers wouldn't be fast enough to catch FF IX's Athlete Queen, now that you reminded me of it. HA! Swordzmanp236 (talk) 02:48, July 22, 2016 (UTC)

Excalibur II is actually not permanently missable, strictly speaking; if the player allows the in game clock to overflow (which iirc takes about 3 years), then you'll have a chance to get it again. Practical, no. But it still means the sword is not permanently missable 71.214.6.124 20:26, January 1, 2019 (UTC)

Added mention of that. Good trivia.Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 20:55, January 1, 2019 (UTC)

FF VIII - Luck UP[]

Luck-J Scroll (Luck-J) and Luck Up can only be obtained by refining each other (1:1 in case of Luck Up to Luck-J Scroll, 2:1 otherwise) and both are in limited number, making unlimited number exclusively available through Chocobo World.

1 Dark Matter refines into 1 Luck-J Scroll. As said a few lines above, one can obtain Dark Matters by refining Curse Spikes (100:1:1:1).

Can't you find one from a random Esthar island, and mug Odin or something, as well?Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 15:59, June 10, 2019 (UTC)
