Gilgamesh: Enough expository banter!

Stone is a type in FFIX and has the idea that Gold Needle defeats stone. FFV does not have a Stone type, though stone enemies are identified by their common trait of being defeated by Gold Needle. VII is on there because it has an enemy that can be defeated by the Gold Needle too, and though not a type and the only example in the game it follows the series theme.

Constructs are not specifically stone (they are only specifically constructed), some evidently aren't stone (Mythril and Clay are not stones), and they don't show any traits common with other games.

I understand that there are pages like Dragon that contain things not in the type. But in those circumstances we mention enemies that are specifically dragons (through their name or name origin) and not just ones that look like them. JBed (talk) 00:26, May 7, 2014 (UTC)

The Adamantite Golem in FF5 is not made of stone. And, while the genus does not specify "all these enemies are made of stone", they are still all made of natural materials and several of them are of stone. Drake Clawfang (talk) 01:59, May 7, 2014 (UTC)
