Element Edit

Given that it uses Gravija and Terra Graviton, could Sin be considered a gravity-element aeon?

Omni Bahamut Vaati 01:05, 29 January 2008 (UTC)But it does have a Overdrive.and I think it is a aeon but it.s Yevons aeon.but yevon since he is fused with sin that makes him an Aeon.because ingame it said Sin is made up of a bunch of fayths.

A Serious QuestionEdit

Shuyin face

After you defeat Seymour on the battle on gagazet, before the party defeats yunalesca. The pyreflies that made up seymour are floating about that area, and when Sin flies past to meet you after Yunalesca, Seymour gets absorbed. That's what i've read/assumed.

Should we move the location information to its own page and link to using {main}. Because it's annoying me. Also Sin only appears in the "Terms" section; when anyone using the Nav will be looking in the Locations section for Within Sin information. Sin's a character and a location; it's annoying for them to be on the same page.  ILHI 17:03, 27 February 2009 (UTC)

It makes sense plus in FFX the area is called Inside Sin or Within Sin anyways. Look on the save spheres.--Emil Castagnier 17:05, 27 February 2009 (UTC)

If no one does anything by tomorrow; I'll move it myself. (Which probably will mean some cleanup issues)  ILHI 10:49, 28 February 2009 (UTC)

BTW, if you want to know why I didn't do anything, it's because I decided it wasn't a good idea in the end.  ILHI 17:36, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

Cool. Edit

Sin kind of looks like Galbadia Garden Stationary and mobile version when he attacks Kilika in Final Fantasy X

Within Sin separated into a new article Edit

Makes it clearer as it's a location, and the game's final dungeon. Keltainentoukokuu 00:27, May 14, 2010 (UTC)Keltainentoukokuu

Categories need changing now. Keltainentoukokuu 00:39, May 14, 2010 (UTC)Keltainentoukokuu

Spoilers Edit

I know you find out Sin's identity pretty early on, but shouldn't "Sin's my old man" be moved somewhere that isn't the top of the page? Lilfut 20:39, August 29, 2010 (UTC)

Vegnagun and Sin Edit

Vegnagun's body bears a striking resemblance to Sin. Does anyone know if it was intentional? AmbieSushi To think that mother would prefer Sephiroth over... 11:34, August 13, 2011 (UTC)

Defeating SinEdit

This only just recently occurred to me, and maybe I'm way off but I figured you FF Gurus would know : As I understand, Sin itself is nothing more than a collection of Pyreflies. Inside of those Pyreflies is the Final Aeon. Inside of the Final Aeon is Yu Yevon. Okay, I get that much, but if Sin itself is nothing but Pyreflies, couldn't a summoner (or two or three) just perform a sending on Sin itself and send it's Pyrefly body to the Farplane? I assume it could recover itself by absorbing more Pyreflies, but wouldn't that way serve to make a temporary albeit artificial calm without the need of the final summoning? ——Preceding unsigned comment was added by (talkcontribs) March 6th, 2012, 20:41. Several factors prevent that from happening. First, Sin is a monster created by Yu Yevon's possession of the final aeon. At the final summoning, the possessed final aeon kills his Summoner, preventing him from sending Yu Yevon. A second summoner would be able to do it, but there have only been four final summonings in the story of Spira and the true story behind the nature of Sin and the final aeon is only revealed to the summoners at Zanarkand, which implies that never have two summoners faced Sin at the same time. Also, the mortality of both guardians and summoners during a pilgrimage is big, as seen in Gagazet, and Auron is heavily implied to be the first ever to "survive" the entirity of his pilgrimage, so in the story of Spira, true knowledge on the true nature of Sin belonged only to Yunalesca, the Fayth (whose existance is directly tied with Sin) and the dead high summoners and their final aeons. - Henryacores^ 01:35, March 7, 2012 (UTC)
Summoners can't send Sin because Sin is more like an aeon, than an unsent. Aeons are also made of pyreflies, but we don't see Yuna sending them (like in case of Dark Aeons), so I assume you just can't do that.Keltainentoukokuu 02:14, March 7, 2012 (UTC)

Most fiends seem to be made of Pyreflies too. If that was the rules then Yuna could simply dance across Spira avoiding any danger Oni Dark Link 19:20, April 7, 2012 (UTC)

Yes, it would be a brilliant idea to dance in front of an Ochu and wait until he disappeared. - Henryacores^ 20:02, April 7, 2012 (UTC)

Sin's Complete ImageEdit

There seems to be an image of Sin from the near end game here. I wonder if we could use it...—Kaimi >♂ FFXIII - Sprite-AtkVanille - FFXIII - Sprite-ShockVanille - FFXIII - Sprite-LookVanille - FFXIII - Sprite-CrysVanille 19:35, June 17, 2012 (UTC)

Yeah, seems like a good idea. Yunie X 19:48, June 17, 2012 (UTC)
