Did you know that Relm without Haste is faster than Cyan with it?.

"life" -> "the things she paints"

Does anyone have any clue why they made this change? For the most part Relm seems to only paint living things. Albeit, I suppose some of the enemies encountered which she can copy might not be considered 'living' such as undead or robots, so I guess I understand the generic substitute, but 'life' is so much more vibrant and makes her art itself seem more alive. It's very key to the Ultros issue. Tyciol 03:16, March 10, 2010 (UTC)

He really starts parrying for her too? It almost makes me want to replay and let Shadow die just to see this... Tyciol 03:18, March 10, 2010 (UTC)

He sure does. It actually makes you want to kill Shadow off, as macabre as that sounds. - File:FFIII-nes-sage.gif Saethori (T / C) - 22:19, March 10, 2010 (UTC)

Height for her age Edit

5 foot tall 10 year old?

Is this accurate? FaythOfFenrir 16:09, March 14, 2011 (UTC)

They're hardly ever accurate, and in this case, still no. - +DeadlySlashSword+ 16:10, March 14, 2011 (UTC)
Height sounds about right to me?Keltainentoukokuu 18:58, March 14, 2011 (UTC)

My little sis is 11 and is 5"4 and her best friend (same age) is 5"6GlassAngel13 22:49, April 18, 2011 (UTC)

I just turned 12 a couple of days ago, (yes I am a girl too) and when I was 10 I was 5'2. Now I'm 5'5 1/2. I've got friends my age that are 5'8. Lizzy 00:14, April 28, 2014 (UTC)

Adoptive grandfather Strago Magus didn't lead to her being called "Relm Magus". Should we assume Arrowny came from Relm's mom ? If so, since her mom was married to Clyde wouldn't that make him Clyde Arrowny ? If so then since Interceptor is like a brother wouldn't he be Interceptor Arrowny ?

I don't get how you be an "adoptive granddaughter" either... unless Strago had a kid who adopted Relm, if he adopted her then wouldn't he just be an adoptive dad? talk2ty 21:21, August 20, 2018 (UTC)

Who knows... don't forget that some of these characters' backstories were written by Tetsuya Nomura, so it might be even more complicated than that. Maybe they all used to be the same person at one point, split into a father, a daughter, a grandfather, and a dog. Or they're a clone of each other with memories of another man called Xanofominas who died 1000 years ago and his spirit is currently living inside Shadow's heart. Monterossa (talk) 22:56, August 20, 2018 (UTC)
The grandfather part can be more honorary than literal, like Bugenhagen being Red XIII's grandfather and Cid being Celes's grandfather. I thought Strago took in an orphaned kid and she just calls her grandfather. Relm's surname must be from her original family.Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 01:26, August 21, 2018 (UTC)

The FF6 character have loves and hates. And they should be translated too because they were in the Memorial Ultimania. So if anyone has the Ultimania Archive vol 1 they should be able to fill them in. One of Relm's like should be something about fluffy eggs and pancakes with maple syrup. JBed (talk) 19:56, January 11, 2019 (UTC)

I have it, filled them in.--Magicite-ffvi-ios Technobliterator TC 20:07, January 11, 2019 (UTC)
Thanks. Some of the other FFVI characters don't have them, or have them translated from Japanese guides when it would probably be more convenient to use the more official Ultimania Archive translations if you wouldn't mind changing/adding them. JBed (talk) 20:10, January 11, 2019 (UTC)
In the case of Locke's, his likes/dislikes/hobby seem different from those in the Japanese guide (in English they're "Maps", "Mushrooms", and "Napping in fields" respectively). Should we use the English guide as the more relevant source, or just include both?--Magicite-ffvi-ios Technobliterator TC 20:16, January 11, 2019 (UTC)
Well shit. If I'm the one who added the original citations then I don't know what I was thinking at the time. Only the right listed ones are in the Settei Shiryo-hen, and The Complete is the same. Yeah, remove any not in the Ultimania Archive because I believe each guide lists the same details. JBed (talk) 20:39, January 11, 2019 (UTC)
Added everything for player characters now, will add for npcs. I'll have to check later if FFI-V have stuff like these in too. I've also got the Archive Volume 2, if that helps.--Magicite-ffvi-ios Technobliterator TC 20:49, January 11, 2019 (UTC)
Also, just so you know, in the case of Kefka's, Ultimania Archive 1 is obviously wrong. It excludes "Interest" (what I was using for "Hobby"), while listing Mirror in "Treasure", General Leo in "Likes"(???), and "Playing with dolls" in "Dislikes". So we should go with the Complete guide for that. Not sure if it's worth noting on the page anywhere that the Ultimania Archive just has an error here.--Magicite-ffvi-ios Technobliterator TC 20:52, January 11, 2019 (UTC)
