Farming Strategy[]

If both Serah and Noel's Crystariums are maxed out and the player has acquired a notably strong Commando, one can easily defeat Raspatil during a single Stagger, making him optimal for Gil farming.

Both characters should be equipped with Durable Collector Catalogs to maximize the gil gained, and their respective ATB Speed: +50% weapons. One should use a Commando, Ravager and Synergist as the battle will be straightforward offensive. The recommended Monsters are Chichu, Cloudburst and Purple Chocobo, although if the player has access to DLC Monsters, those are preferable.

Recommended Paradigms:

Cerberus-X (COM-COM-COM)
Malevolence (RAV-RAV-SYN)
Assassination-X (SAB-RAV-RAV)

Serah should be the leader, and the battle should start out in Malevolence to get the SYN to start casting vital buffs. For an optimal setup the SYN should be equipped with Passive Abilities that activate at the start of battle, minimizing the time done to get effective buffs to all party members.

Serah should start by casting two full bars of abilities, raising the stagger gauge enough to switch to Assassination-X and manually casting 6 Deshell which will hopefully stick. The player should then switch back to Malevolence until all allies have an En-spell equipped. Switch back to Assassination-X, then cast 5 Imperil and 2 Deprotect. With these three debuffs in place, the chain gauge should be around 920-950% and all allies be equipped with Bravery, Faith and an En-spell. If one wishes to raise the stagger gauge further one should not switch Paradigms until it has reached 999%, otherwise one should switch to Cerberus-X and unleash full chains of Ruin until Raspatil falls.

Using this strategy one should not need to use unparalleled attacks or Feral Links. However, if Raspatil uses Aleph Zero unusually early, it might be more beneficial to use Retry, as all characters may be heavily damaged with Raspatil summoning even stronger monsters. http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/af293/DilsDileva/GoldEggCenturion.png Dils Dileva 20:44,7/25/2012
