Is the mog clock a ps3 exclusive? what button must be pressed for the xbox version? SΓΣamyGoreng 03:43, June 13, 2011 (UTC)

The only demo we've seen is that of the PS3 version so it's impossible to tell. Considering that it's the pre-emptive strike mechanism though, it'll probably be in the X360 version and it's likely to be whatever the confirm button is. Moogle Throw[]

What happens if enemies appear while Mog is "away" after he has been thrown? They warn you about that in the game, but I don't think it's ever happened to me. If it does something it should probably be added onto the page.Keltainentoukokuu 04:12, February 26, 2012 (UTC)

Other uses[]

In Final Fantasy Brigade, モグの時計 which I think means Mog's Clock, not Mog Clock as listed on the Translations page (I think の (no) is English 's, but I don't know Japanese so I can't really tell). So should we disambig this page for the Mog's Clock adornment/staff thing and rename this article to "Mog Clock (Term)"?—Kaimi (999,999 CP/5 TP) 09:51, September 25, 2012 (UTC)

The translation is taken from the terms already translated in other FF games. Brigade is pretty much all FF games make a cameo into a single game. But has more stuff from later games than previous games which is good. 蛇のロッド translates into Rod of Snakes/Serpents, but this weapon made an appearance in FFXII (if I recall correctly since I've did the rods section a while back) as Gaia Rod, thus I put Gaia Rod instead of Rod of Serpent. That is where the names comes from, for the names that I do not find within FF games or they seem like new spells, I translated them as is. Fenrir9 (talk) 10:05, September 25, 2012 (UTC)

I just double check モグの時計, the Japanese use モグの時計 (Mog's Clock) and モグ時計 (Mog Clock). You can also use google to see for yourself. モグの時計 lands two hits on the Japanese wiki: http://ffdic.wikiwiki.jp/?encode_hint=%A4%D7&cmd=search&word=%A5%E2%A5%B0%A4%CE%BB%FE%B7%D7 (The first link, under the 13-2 and highlighted). But モグ時計 doesn't land a single hit http://ffdic.wikiwiki.jp/?encode_hint=%A4%D7&cmd=search&word=%A5%E2%A5%B0%BB%FE%B7%D7 on the wiki. Fenrir9 (talk) 10:50, September 25, 2012 (UTC)
