Interceptor will NEVER block Relm outside of the Rippler bug. This is nothing more than a myth. If Shadow dies, Interceptor vanishes from battles entirely. I removed it and it was immediately re-added. --HeroicJay (IP address for now)
Misinterformation? What is going on tonight? First "Disagreeance" now "Misinterformation. Has everyone gone mad?
- It was supposed to be a pun. Guess it didn't work out. --HeroicJay
Oh I get it now, not really funny I'm afraid. Puns are the lowest form of humor. I'll add some italics to make the joke clearer. As for this subject, I don't really know anything so I'm going to steer clear of this. Shadow always survived in my party so I never saw Interceptor fight for Relm. I'll let Crazyswords make the final judgement, he knows his FFVI.
I've been trying to test this info for some time and yet Interceptor didn't block Relm at all so or it doesn't happen on the gba version or it doesn't happen at all
Someone tried to write on here that Interceptor was confirmed as a Minion in FFXIV. This is false. The puppy is a doberman, and it has a red scarf, but the Katakana on the picture says "wolf". It may be an allusion, but it is far from confirmed. Yrusama (talk) 03:24, February 23, 2013 (UTC)
How does it work?[edit source]
When I first got Shadow, Interceptor was jumping in to help about one out of every three times Shadow was physically targeted. I'm now much farther on in the game (beaten almost all of the Dragon's Den), and I have yet to witness Interceptor do anything since I entered the World of Ruin. If someone could explain how he works that'd be great, especially if it was done in the main article here as well. 18.104.22.168 03:38, June 12, 2011 (UTC)
