If you're going to be uploading a lot of images, please take a moment during uploading to categorize them. Instructions for doing that can be found here. You might even want to go into each game's image category and see which sub-categories are there for even more specific categorization. Thanks, and welcome! ^_^ | |||

Seriously, please categorize your images when you upload them. It only takes a second (you're already uploading the image, anyway!) and it saves other people (like me) from having to do it for you later. Please categorize images. Thank you. | |||
And if you're going to place them in the articles, place them in properly, please? Adjust the image placement, size and place them in appropriate spaces, and if needed, write a caption, or just follow the standard used in the affected pages. Not that we don't appreciate you uploading images, we do, it's just that it would be quite the courtesy to maintain the page in its proper form. | |||

Trouble still with some image uploads[]
I'm considering just uploading higher quality images in place of ones of poorer quality, instead of images not previously uploaded because I read the FAQ on image uploading, and I'm still messing up. I really don't feel like making more work for anyboy else, either. I enjoy this Wiki immensely, and only wanted to give back some of what I was getting from it. Sorry.
Please explain what part of the FAQ you found confusing, so that I may improve it. | |||
HTML[]
Basically, what it comes down to is that I'm horrible with HTML stuff. Don't get it at all. There is nothing wrong with your directions, it's just me. I await feedback on what to do with my images. I really am excited to contribute, but I don't want to cause any problems. Thanks.
Image Placement[]
Please put images in the correct places. For example, enemy images go in the template, not above it. While these images are appreciated, they are useless if not used properly. EDIT Please preview a page before adding an image! Putting them before headers screws them up! | |||
Don't just dump pictures anywhere on the page, they got to blend. It all has to look right. Sticking an image on the first line of code makes the whole article look unprofessional and miscroped. Use the "Show Preview" button to make sure that your edits actually fit. Thank you. | |||
Do NOT upload an image over another image if they contain different things. Case and point Cinna's image. There was nothing wrong with it and it should not have been overridden with another image. Also, learn about the consequences. Blank's new image is smaller than the old one, so now the image on his page is too small. If you're going to be uploading so many images, please take the time to learn how to do it correctly. | |||
Yes, Cinna's image DID contain different things. The article accompanying it, for instance, specifically says that his weapon is a HAMMER. The previous image provided did not show it. The image I uploaded did. If you continue to criticize my contributions, I shall stop contributing them altogether. It takes time for me also to do this work, and I am only trying to help make this Wiki better.

Seriously, mate, what's so hard about categorising the images you upload? Are you doing this on purpose? Are you just looking for an excuse to be offended and piss off? Again, we really are thankful for every contribution each user adds, but the fact is I'm beginning to think you are doing it on purpose. You've heard this a million times, but categorize your damn images. All you need to do is put "Category: Final Fantasy X Images" in the edit page of that image, with two brackets instead of quotation marks. If you don't know how to do this, I conclude that you're exceptionally dense, or either don't care enough about what anyone else says. I categorized your Jecht3 image for you, look on its edit page and do the same with the other dozens of images you've poured onto the wiki. | |||

If you don't know how to categorize, please go to the edit pages of one the images I have categorized for you, and you should get the idea. I thought I explained it sufficiently in my last post, but perhaps not. It's really.......quite......simple..... | |||

Hey, Icy. Could you name the image based on what it is before uploading them? And then categorize them according to its category? I mean.. really.... Image:Logo.jpg could be any Logo you know. Whoops! You can delete that image. That was a total mistake on my part, and I am sorry. I was trying to fancy up my user page, and insert logos instead of the names of the games I like. It won't happen again.

As a further note since you're obviously uploading a lot of images, please consider cropping out blank space and removing black and grey backgrounds and such.
