I propose we only create articles for the races. We do that now, and it would be similar to FFTA2 and FFT articles. This is because there are thousands of XI enemies. I know we're giving still coverage (and this method still will) but half our articles being (poor) XI articles isn't good. Template:ILHI 15:22, 15 May 2009 (UTC)

- It's still full coverage. We just put them into one page. We have a few XI enemies at the moment: the ones of the same race are nearly identical and all stubs. Just because Tactics Advance gets a page for each enemy and Tactics and TA2 get a page per race doesn't mean we give TA full coverage and not the other two.
- Each race page SHOULD mention each individual enemy name. And if possible have tables. I'm not sure how the "enemy to enemy abilities" works in FFXI though, so that might make it difficult. And I still think the wiki should take on the cumbersome task of getting an image of each XI enemy. Template:ILHI 19:26, 16 May 2009 (UTC)

Getting an image of each enemy in XI would be redundant, as the average mob family only has a couple different skins at most. The cleanest way to do this would be tables for each family, and the only necessary information being the zone they are in, while listing the family's abilities in the general description. if people really want to know all the details, just link to here at the bottom of the page --Adonzo 12:15, 27 June 2009 (UTC)
- afterthought: each mob isn't even deserving of their own page either. a worm you fight at level 1 uses the same abilities as one at 75, the level 75 one just has better stats. only noteworthy mobs (ie. BCNMs and other NM/boss-types) are deserving of pages --Adonzo 12:18, 27 June 2009 (UTC)
