It says that in Zodiac Age you can buy the Parallel Arrows in the Nabreus Deadlands. There is no shop there. I'm sure it's just a little mistake and was meant to read "Shop: Necrohol of Nabudis" (IF they're buyable there which I can not confirm 100% right now).
