I think you people are overreacting, sure I understand your reason to be paranoid about the quality of the game, and comparing it with X-2 and all, but remember this, just because it's name is XIII-2 it doesn't mean that it will be like X-2, there are other main FF sequels like The After Years (which I liked), Advent Children (meh) and Dirge of Cerberus (REALLY hated it) and Revenant Wings (loved it), so there's a chance this could work. I'm personally exited because of this game, I liked XIII a lot (granted not as much as other FFs and the linear structure sucked) and the possibility to play more on Pulse (which we only did near the ending of the first game) is very appealing, a world very different from the futuristic Pulse, perhaps even a return to classic FF roots and make Pulse a pseudo-medieval world (which by the look of the trailers is very likely). So you get my point, just because its named XIII-2 it doesn't mean it will be like X-2, and even still I liked X-2 MUCH better than Dirge of Cerberus.

I chose to get XIII-2 even though I hated XIII (what's with that difficulty jump near start of disc 3???) and I'm glad I did it.

For all we know she was taken to the other side of Gran Pulse, I mean think about that world must be huge if it has a second world floating in it's skies. I mean Cocoon's not just a little moon it's a bloody world in it's own right you have to teleport to get between them. If she has ended up in some other part of Pulse then it is likly to be very different to what you would expect from Pulse.SandS Hero 14:11, January 18, 2011 (UTC)

I think it should stay. Especially now people will come to the FF Wiki and type it into the search; people are going to want to view this page even if it only has one screenshot, logo, and background info. People come in and type the name in and the page doesn't exist, it looks worse for the Wiki instead of better. Just keep all speculation out. There are much more useless articles on the Wiki than this one.Keltainentoukokuu 12:37, January 18, 2011 (UTC)

::Only other option I see is to make a section for FFXIII-2 on the main FFXIII article and make this into a redirect. However, FFXIII and FFXIII-2 are not the same game and FFXIII is already a very long article, so I'm not sure where the sequel info would sit. In any case, surely we can't just have no coverage of this at all, that would be quite a gap. I think all officially announced game releases must have an article somewhere, even if it was just some "Final Fantasy and the Magical Crystal Light for Mobile Phones" game.Keltainentoukokuu 13:52, January 18, 2011 (UTC)

One of the things I didn't like about X-2 was the fact that they brought Tidus back. Not because he was annoying, but because it goes against the ending of X. He sacrificed himself so Spira would no longer have to live in fear, but all the fans (and Square) cared about was getting the hero back.--Rakanadyo 19:11, January 30, 2011 (UTC)

References[]

There is not yet enough info to create a page. This could go to the Final Fantasy Wiki news, if it isn't there already.Keltainentoukokuu 05:47, January 17, 2011 (UTC)

I agree. There's only a registered site. That's not enough for anything. KC sig Caliburn 05:54, January 17, 2011 (UTC)

Why[]

Why is there such a thing? Did they did not learn anything from the horrific creation known as X-2?

Fans asked for it. I'm quite happy about it. :) Koharu Nami 10:21, January 18, 2011 (UTC)
Th€y l€arned a £ot of thing$ from X-2, actuall¥! The Vagrant 10:21, January 18, 2011 (UTC)
They earned alot from X-2 cause people THOUGHT it was gonna be a good game. I don't remember any fan asking for a sequel to a game that's ending was FINE.
Zack BBS Edit

Okay the reason X-2 wasn't all that great was because Final Fantasy X wasn't all that great either, i doubt many can say the same of XIIISandS Hero 14:06, January 18, 2011 (UTC)

I have a feeling this might take place in the past during the Cocoon-Pulse war. Would be awesome if true. The Vagrant 11:46, January 18, 2011 (UTC)
It's not going to, it would be horrible and would not make any sense with Lightning being anywhere near that war.
Isn't that in like, 500 years back?! How would she be alive then? Kayreeed 11:48, January 18, 2011 (UTC)

If she has ended up in some other part of Pulse then it is likly to be very different to what you would expect from Pulse.SandS Hero 14:11, January 18, 2011 (UTC)

By the way anyone else notice that she doesn't have the Blazefire Saber in this picture? It's some other sword, but i think it is still a gunblade.SandS Hero 14:13, January 18, 2011 (UTC)

Yes, it is notable. But look at the picture took by Jophiroth: Lightning strongly resembles her eidolon - with armour, sword, and shield. Must be some kind of tribute.—Kaimi (999,999 CP/5 TP) 22:04, January 18, 2011 (UTC)

I am appalled at that mysterious male. I don't remember seeing anybody like him during XIII or in the ending of XIII. Native Pulsian? Lightning's Boyfriend? (God no) And what the heck is with her armor? It's too sexy, it's not Lightning. Something is messed up...I betcha the fal'Cie teleported her to some different dimension. SquallRocks 01:04, January 19, 2011 (UTC)

I actually want her to get a boyfriend...anyway, I would like a function for changing costumes in the game.  Kayreeed CaliburnDissicon ff13 Lig1 04:47, January 19, 2011 (UTC)

I heard that the game takes place four or five years later ff13. This is true? A message from a stone cieth said that the arcs were built before the creation of cocoon because the falcie feared an invasion from another planet, and the mythology of nova cristallys says that the goddess Muin is in invisible world. Lightning may have been teleported to that world.User:Lightning505

Episode i would imply that it takes place immediatley after FFXIII. And the invisible world refers to the realm beyond the Door of Souls, not a different planet. Hatsune Miku 15:29, January 20, 2011 (UTC)
yes, episode 1 takes place after ff13 but in this blog www.novacrystallis.net says that the game takes place 4 or 5 years after episode 1 but i´m not sure because is very much .User:Lightning505
One thing about this Episode 1 thing...Where did it come from? Is it confirmed that FFXIII-2 is right after XIII or is this an assumption? SquallRocks 01:47, January 21, 2011 (UTC)

I agree, especially since it has been mentioned in the news section. With it there, people are SURELY going to be trying to look for this page.Shadowlurker 13:45, January 18, 2011 (UTC)
I support. I believe that's why we're editors here in this wiki. I still remember us creating the FFXII article two years before the game ever comes out, and it didn't really bring any lasting damage. And I don't believe we have a policy on creating new articles, nor is there any necessity for it. That's what our Citation and/or Spoiler policy is for. BLUER一番 13:51, January 18, 2011 (UTC)
Only other option I see is to make a section for FFXIII-2 on the main FFXIII article and make this into a redirect.

There is absolutely no reason for deletion. See Final Fantasy X-2, Final Fantasy IV: The After Years. - Henryacores^ 14:15, January 18, 2011 (UTC)

If you want to see why I put the template up there, have a look at the page when I made the edit. Now that it has been properly developed (not just an opening paragraph and a link to a presently non-existent site), I agree that it should stay. Likeacupcake 01:41, January 19, 2011 (UTC)

It would never have gotten the chance to develop if an admin had deleted the article after the template was put. The Vagrant 11:29, January 19, 2011 (UTC)

Better not suck[]

I sold the original while I was still on chaper 10m it sucked so bad and I hate Snow Viliers so much, I didnt even bother to beat the game because I thought it sucked so much! I will buy this one, but it beter be better! Silver Praetor 19:18, 2011 January 18

I loved it so much that I watched the ending like 5 times. I started the game again. Kayreeed Caliburn 01:33, January 19, 2011 (UTC)
I agree with Kayreeed on this one. I LOVE the ending of XIII. I've lost track of how many times I beat Orphan just so I could watch it. One of my favorite scenes in the series. -Der Ein-Geflügeltes Engel @ 04:00, January 19, 2011 (UTC)

And it's such polar opinions as these that make me realize the true dual purpose of the game - Square not only wants to appease fans of the first game with a direct sequel, but they also want to try and redeem it in the eyes of people who disliked it. Let me summarize it like this - in an alternate dimension (unlike how X-2 basically featured the same Spira), there's the chance for towns. :P Teamrocketspy621 01:57, January 19, 2011 (UTC)

Ya I agree, Square acknowledged that they messed up, and they hinted that they're making a cleaned up, more polished, and super-less linear game. I hope that this is the "reboot" of the FF series. SquallRocks 02:47, January 19, 2011 (UTC)
Well, what I'm saying is not so much that they're "acknowledging" that XIII sucked, because, well, saying it sucked is just a relative opinion. What I'm saying is that some people are convinced that Square's just "milking a terrible game," when, in reality, Square's really trying to accomplish two goals - bring back the fans who hated the first game, and, like before, please those that didn't. Teamrocketspy621 04:04, January 19, 2011 (UTC)
I understand that. What I said was my own opinion. =P SquallRocks 01:57, January 21, 2011 (UTC)
Well, yeah, but to say that Square Enix "messed up" and that they were "acknowledging" that fact implies that it's just a fact that they messed up in the first place, when, in reality, to say Square "messed up" with XIII is, as I said, a relative opinion. I guess the way you worded it made it sound like XIII is just universally criticized and was just an overall mistake, and everyone has accepted that as fact, when the truth is... well, just look at these other comments - there are people who love the game! Teamrocketspy621 03:17, January 21, 2011 (UTC)
FFXIII was one of the best games ever created!! I totally agree with Xavnirs, the linear aspect made it great. Of course open world is more fun, but I loved XIII. I never said that it "sucked", I said that it wasn't polished up-to-par compared to other FFs. Just saying. SquallRocks 23:07, January 21, 2011 (UTC)
And I never said that you said it sucked. :P I said that many people are so close-minded about it that they're convinced that a sequel is an inherently bad idea. Teamrocketspy621 02:01, January 22, 2011 (UTC)
Haha Ok Ok. In a nutshell, we're on the same page. ;D SquallRocks 02:38, January 22, 2011 (UTC)

Personally, i thought that FFXIII was the best game in the whole series because of the "Linear" aspect of the game, the linear stories are the ONLY reason i play FF games, i thought that was what RPG(Role Playing Game) meant, a game where you play a character's role, am i the only one who thinks this? Xavnirs 14:44, January 20, 2011 (UTC)

So, based off of the backstory that Lightning was searching for a way to revive Fang and Vanille and that eventually led to her being in whatever situation you now see her in, am i the only one who hopes that they don't get revived somehow?--ShadowsTwilightDissicon ff4 Kain1 02:50, January 22, 2011 (UTC)

Me too, even though it would be cool to have Fang back (VAnille can rot in hell) it would ruin the whole aspect of their noble sacrifice and creating their own focus to save the people of Coocoon and giving them a new world rather than destroying it.
Exactly--ShadowsTwilightDissicon ff4 Kain1 16:04, January 23, 2011 (UTC)

One of the things I didn't like about X-2 was the fact that they brought Tidus back. Not because he was annoying, but because it goes against the ending of X. He sacrificed himself so Spira would no longer have to live in fear, but all the fans (and Square) cared about was getting the hero back.--Rakanadyo 19:11, January 30, 2011 (UTC)

Since we'll need to anyway...[]

#E81E68 and #5C2F5D are two of the color extremes (taken by me using the eye dropper). The purple on the guy's fade is, in fact, a different base than the pink, being based on (almost) pure red=blue magenta, rather than the red-pink generally next to it in most photo editors (2 red:1 blue) like the pink parts. I checked to make sure. It does, of course, fade into what is effectively black, though, as a third color. Bluestarultor Best-of Stellar Arena sigicon BSA 17:50, January 20, 2011 (UTC)

I think we should use second colour as mainheader, and first as subheader; or whatever you call it. But I rather "clear" purple/violet and pink.—Kaimi (999,999 CP/5 TP) 18:32, January 20, 2011 (UTC)
Well, actually, all the colors for the games have come from the logos. There's some sort of software that's been used in the past to do basically what I did manually to pull the colors from the logos, but for the life of me I haven't been able to find it. I think that the guy seen in the trailer is somehow related to fangs eidolon, bahamut. His clothing strongly resembles bahamut's "armor" stuff and follows the same colour scheme. They did say that some of the same characters from the previous game would "return with major and unexpected changes" - I believe this is one of those changes. User talk:BlackRose727
I think that Mysterious Man kinda looks like Cid Raines, and also the article the article says that the man is on par with Lightning in battle capabilities. 3rd World[]

I was reading Playstation: The Official Magazine April Issue(#44) and in an article about XIII-2, it said, "The sequel reveals the universe has a third world - a invisible world of the the dead - and Lightning's quest focuses on finding a way to enter that world". SquallRocks 02:05, March 17, 2011 (UTC)

What? Isn't there only 2 worlds? The world of the living, and the world of the dead?? Kayreeed Caliburn   - 04:46, March 17, 2011 (UTC)
I think they count Cocoon and Pulse as two different worlds there.Keltainentoukokuu 05:37, March 17, 2011 (UTC)
Yeah, remember, Cocoon was a Dyson shell world pretty much as big as a planet (or at least a moon) in its own right. Cocoon supported millions of citizens, remember. Bluestarultor Best-of Stellar Arena sigicon BSA 05:49, March 17, 2011 (UTC)
So..what's the 3rd one? KayreeedCaliburn  - 07:36, March 17, 2011 (UTC)
The article said "an invisible world of the dead"...I'm guessing it's something like Hell, because Fang always said stuff about hell. SquallRocks 16:37, March 17, 2011 (UTC)
The invisible world is where Etro is from, and where the fal'Cie thought Pulse and Lindzei have gone as well, and wanted to follow them. That's where they tried to open the portal in FFXIII, but didn't succeed. The fal'Cie at least view it more like as heaven than hell, but I'm guessing it's not really either, just another dimension.Keltainentoukokuu 17:49, March 17, 2011 (UTC)
So they tried to sacrifice a large number of human souls to destroy the Maker (that's the reason Coccoon was built) so they can open this portal...And Lightning just walked right into it? SquallRocks 20:40, March 17, 2011 (UTC)
Yeah, if you read the Epilogue thing that was released with the XBox version in Japan (International Version, translation is somewhere on this site too) it looks like Lightning is "summoned" there. I am guessing she is summoned by one of the gods, possibly Etro. Etro seems to be able to influence the world of the living even if she lives in the world of the dead, or at least the Analects believe so. The fal'Cie in FFXIII didn't want to destroy the Maker btw, they just wanted to see him again, and figured he must be in the other world.Keltainentoukokuu 01:08, March 18, 2011 (UTC)
EDIT CONFLICT: I see it as a spiritual world really. KayreeedCaliburn  - 03:18, March 18, 2011 (UTC)

So I guess that something's wrong in this world and Etro wants it fixed. Who does she call? Lightning, the l'Cie who "saved" Coccoon (I personally think that they destroyed it, but watev). Do you think that Etro might make Lightning into a l'Cie again, I mean how else is she going to get her magic powers and Odin back? IDK, just a hypothesis...[Sorry the indents were annoying me -__-] SquallRocks 03:15, March 18, 2011 (UTC)

Wait...if it IS a spiritual world, then where's her "body"???? Just thought of that..KayreeedCaliburn  - 03:20, March 18, 2011 (UTC)

SquallRocks: (great name btw ;)) Some exec guy has "joked" that Lightning becomes an "even greater existence than a l'Cie" so I'm assuming she finds another way to use magic. Maybe the gods would indeed bestow her with new powers.Keltainentoukokuu 04:39, March 18, 2011 (UTC)

@Keltain Thanks! What does your username mean anyway? It's pretty long.
@Kayreeed Probably her soul materializes into this dimension as her body...You know, this "spiritual world" always pops up in books, movies, and tv shows (especially anime) but they never explain why or how. They presume that we already know what they're talking about...-__-SquallRocks 23:21, March 18, 2011 (UTC)

On the "spirit world" thing, that concept is deeply rooted in traditional Japanese religion. Shinto is an animist religion with strong emphasis on the various spirits that can help or harm you depending on their natures and how you treat them. Following from that, it's pretty much just the next step that the world is basically two sides of a coin with humans only on one side to explain why you don't see them all running around every day.

As to how one crosses over into it, that kind of thing pretty much never happens by normal means. Something has to take you there, or you need to pass through something, but pretty much the whole point is it's not easy to do and doesn't happen often. Lightning seems to have stumbled into a rift of some sort at the end of -Episode i-. Bluestarultor Best-of Stellar Arena sigicon BSA 23:56, March 18, 2011 (UTC)

Why is there a question about the new character with short hair that appeared in the teaser trailer with the moogle? Is someone blind? She has boobs and puffy sleeves and all! I can't believe her gender is questioned just because she has short hair... SamSandy 15:34, June 5, 2011 (UTC)

Because boys hate women in games so of course they changed her gender to a guy. Every new character with a flat chest is automatically assume to be a guy. It makes them feel better this way. And when someone changes the gender, they get butthurt and change it to a male. They hate women. :)SamSandy

New Video[]

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbB1NcS2iss
Longer video featuring game-play. It shows Noel giving Serah her weapon, it seems to change shape. A bladed bow and Arrow, that "Closes" to become a dual-bladed sword. Also shots of Serah and Noel fighting along side Monsters. A Pulse-worker and a Feral Behemoth. There is also a sceen with Lightning ridoing atop Odins Geshtal Mode while fighting a Giant monster called a Chaos Bahamut.
Ixbran 02:30, June 7, 2011 (UTC)
EDIT
while watching I was able to get exactly at what time her weapons change form.
it shows Noel handing Serah her new weapon.

 • at 1:16 it shows Serah slashing an enemy with her new weapon, in its sword form.
 • at 1:28 it shows her shooting with her weapon in bow-and-arrow form.

so Serahs weapon is a shape shifting weapon, just like her sisters, but its not a gun-blade. Its something new entirely.

Rules of the Wiki - No videos and no reuploading when an admin deletes it. - Henryacores^ 02:54, June 7, 2011 (UTC)
Project:Media#Videos: "only Final Fantasy related videos used in mainspace are allowed within videospace." We do not upload trailers for the sake of placing them on talk pages or forums unless they have a specific point to prove on the actual mainspace page. It isn't necessary to upload an entire trailer when it can be linked to externally. 8bit 02:56, June 7, 2011 (UTC)
Ahhh, okay. My Bad ^_^
Ixbran 03:10, June 7, 2011 (UTC)
No problem, I understand why you would want to get the new XIII-2 material up so quickly ^^ We still welcome analysis of the trailer, but it's better to leave such things offsite. 8bit 03:28, June 7, 2011 (UTC)
I'm just so excited for this. I dont know why, but when i hear of sequels and spin offs and cross overs, i tend to get really excited.

Main Character?[]

So is Lightning the main character you play as like in the last one or is it sarah?

Gameplay has been seen with both, we don't know which, or if both, are considered to be the main character. -- Some Color Mage ~ (Talk)

http://www.andriasang.com/e/blog/2011/06/14/ffxiii_2_bits_from_dengeki/
"Noel, the new guy who saw his debut in the E3 demo and trailers last week, appears to have a more prominent role than FFXIII main character Lightning. Toriyama says that rather than the game having dual heroes in Noel and Lightning, in terms of time spent under your control, you advance through the story mostly with Noel and FFXIII heroine Serah."
And there's Word of God on the matter. Doreiku Kuroofangu 04:28, June 14, 2011 (UTC)

It'd make sense Noel was the main since he's the first character who has a profile on the official website.Keltainentoukokuu 16:29, June 14, 2011 (UTC)

Confirmed, Noel is the main character - http://www.andriasang.com/e/blog/2011/06/14/ffxiii_2_interview/ Doreiku Kuroofangu 17:29, June 14, 2011 (UTC)

Transforming Moogle?[]

I saw in the article that Serah's weapon is a moogle (the one seen in the trailer) that can transform into her bow/sword weapon.

I rewatched the trailer to see if its true, but I didn't see it. Can somebody give me some confirmation about this transfiguring moogle?

If it is like that I'll be like What the HELL??Clarent  (talk/ contribs) 04:36, June 8, 2011 (UTC)

Mog most notably changes his form during battle (at the end of battle Serah throws her weapon in the air and it disappears/reverts into Mog).—Kaimi (999,999 CP/5 TP) 14:35, June 8, 2011 (UTC)

5 years gap[]

Here at 7:40 when Noel talk to a guard, guard says: "Five years ago, the Sanctum ordered the Purge and drove people out of their homes." So we can state in article that FFXIII-2 is set five years later after first installment. Just wanted to tell it as I don't know if admins are okay with it.—Kaimi (999,999 CP/5 TP) 09:41, June 8, 2011 (UTC)

5 years...plenty of time for the people to realise that someone is missing! Clarent  (talk/ contribs) 04:35, June 9, 2011 (UTC)
Maybe it's the 1st purge. there are a lot of purges right? 112.205.21.33 06:58, June 10, 2011 (UTC)
Clarent what do you mean?  Finchelfanno1 (talk / contribs)|07:51 am,Jun/9/11
Well, Lightning's been missing for 5 years and then Serah suddenly decides to go searching for her then? That's really late. That 5 year gap really bothers me, not to mention Hope is gonna be 19. That blew my brains out when I realized that. Koharu Nami 11:06, June 9, 2011 (UTC)

Don't forget about 11-year-old Dajh. However, the most ridiculous thing I've seen so far in XIII-2 is characters' appearace: I mean Serah's still having this side ponytail? And NORA's member didn't change a bit (they could alter their clothing). In this matter XIII-2 is like X-2.—Kaimi (999,999 CP/5 TP) 12:11, June 9, 2011 (UTC)

Yeah...judging how they are living in much more primitive setting, Yuj must have looted quite a bit of blue hair dye from the Cocoon ruins to last till this day...Keltainentoukokuu 16:53, June 9, 2011 (UTC)
The whole thing is unbelievable...but I don't think it's finalised yet. Clarent  (talk/ contribs) 04:22, June 10, 2011 (UTC)

I know what the NPC character said about the Purge happening 5 years ago, but I really don't think the XIII-2 takes place 5 years after the XIII. I've been looking back at developer interviews and there have been recent interviews from E3. [1] [2] They have stated that the story takes place where XIII left off. 5 years is not where XIII left off. We really don't know much about these 5 years, and so far nothing about it makes sense.

That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. The game says it's five years, it's five years, there's no discussion to be had over it when it's stated as an outright fact. Doreiku Kuroofangu 04:58, June 12, 2011 (UTC)

Guardian Corps[]

Since PSICOM's there, shouldn't GC be in there as well? Clarent  (talk/ contribs) 03:55, June 20, 2011 (UTC)

Hope[]

Well in the new trailer it showed Hope helping Serah and Noel against a boss =D and he's older with more skills apparently.

http://oi55.tinypic.com/21endhi.jpg

I managed to screen shot the half second they show his face but yeah!

playable characters[]

Right, it's been revealed that some characters from FFXIII will be playable. Since I don't know how to add refs... http://www.andriasang.com/e/blog/2011/09/11/ffxiii_2_fan_event/ Jadu 07:14, September 11, 2011 (UTC)Jadu

We should get more info about it at TGS, so let's wait and see for now. White Flash, call upon my name. 09:00, September 11, 2011 (UTC)

Kaias and Yuru[]

http://www.finalfantasy.net/xiii-2/final-fantasy-xiii2-trailer-footage-details/ Are the names of Lightnings Rival and Lightnings Rivals Friend. I'm going to go ahead and change that now.

Music Section[]

Should we create a Music section since the theme song has already been announced. SΓΣamyGoreng 01:53, September 17, 2011 (UTC)

I think yes. Stuff like composers and theme songs would go there, and release date of the ost when that's known, and all that stuff.Keltainentoukokuu 02:05, September 17, 2011 (UTC)

[]

Should we put the new logo that is flying about up and replace it for the old one. Or perhaps we should put this into the development section detailing about how a new logo is emerging. Dissidia 012 ChaosCoolawitsDissidia 012 Cosmos 11:57, September 17, 2011 (UTC)

The logo was just for the broadcast. They're not going to replace the game's logo with that. Koharu Nami 13:44, September 17, 2011 (UTC)

Page Protection[]

This page should be really protected. Lots of people keep on adding the voice actors without reference. Can't they read?!http://i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd362/KayRC/wikisig-2.png 22:21, October 21, 2011 (UTC)

Apparently not.
That said, I am against protecting this page, despite a lot of recent edits of officially unconfirmed voice actor additions and the reverts of said edits, because that would mean users who do want to add something constructive to the page, can't. And we have coped well with reverting uncited edits anyway. The protecting of pages should be a last resort. To stop edit warring for example. Jeppo (Talk | contribs) 22:27, October 21, 2011 (UTC)

Some New Info[]

Found some new information regarding XIII-2, courtesy of a retweet from Ali Hillis' twitter:

http://finalfantasyxiii2.wordpress.com/2011/11/02/japanese-press-plays-final-fantasy-xiii-2-for-thirteen-hours-read-their-impressions/

From what I've read there's a good amount of info, but I'll let you guys decide what to put on the actual article.  < Kamikaze Pardee > 18:05, November 2, 2011 (UTC)

Final Fantasy XIII Save Data[]

Does it have to be and End Game save file or it can be from any point in the game to unlock the special items? It would be much helpful if someone answered this for me before the NA release. Thanks.--189.68.3.234 13:52, January 7, 2012 (UTC)

Endings[]

I don't understand, it supposed there are 9 endings, but there is just one, the one where Serah abruptly dies, so where are the other 8 endings?, =o I'm not talking about the paradox endings by the way,,

The paradox endings are the alternate endings. They are endings to sub-episodes.—Kaimi (999,999 CP/5 TP) 23:00, January 12, 2012 (UTC)

Should we put the fragment transcript names on the paradox endings?Aionc 05:07, February 7, 2012 (UTC)

Just wanted to point out...[]

Whoever did the plot synopsis (which was very good BTW) missed the Sunleth Waterscape with Snow and the Archlyte Steppe parts. 206.176.109.226 22:03, February 10, 2012 (UTC)

I edited a part where it said Caius could only use the power of chaos due to the Heart Of Chaos because it was incorrect. The heart doesn't give the user power, just immortality.

The Farseer Guardians could use the power of Chaos without the heart. --Kuja9001 (talk) 04:44, January 12, 2013 (UTC)
