How should I format this page to give coverage of all versions of the game than? I've lost love for the IV method. And I'm having doubts that colspanning will turn out well on four translations. ILHI 19:23, 2 April 2009 (UTC)

- I think we should really use it for the original Final Fantasy. The names are very different in the NES version from the DoS. ScatheMote 22:14, 3 April 2009 (UTC)
- I don't know the name differences for FFII: I just wrote Potion/Hi-Potion for all boxes rather than wasting time researching when I'm only designing.
- As for FFI, I was going to do this for FFI, but then I thought "FFII has 6 translations -- and I asked not long ago about a design". I suppose in FFI we can do NES, PS, GBA, PSP, Jap and Romaji. ILHI 22:19, 3 April 2009 (UTC)

- Hm.....I dunno. That would take quite a bit of work to make that format work, and I don't think it's THAT different from version to version is it? If anything, I'd say go with the FFIV version still, since it's not THAT bad really. Then again, there ARE quite a bit of remakes for this game....hmmm....tough choice. Swapping the positions for flavour text and their "description"?[]
As the width of the columns explaining the actual effects of individual items is much shorter than the entire row in which the flavour text goes, should we swap those two around, considering the explanations tend to always be more lengthy than their in-game flavour text?06:11, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
