Where did all this info come from? Was there something in the game that i missed? 71.211.35.48 03:13, April 24, 2011 (UTC)
- Almost definetly something you missed. In both versions of the game, there exists a GIGANTIC ingame glossary that goes into detail about all this, with more coming from Rumors in taverns and the like.
Trivia[]
The first conflict is likely a reference to the 100 years' war between france and england. If that is the case, then the War of the Lions is actually a reference to the War of the Roses: Theres more information on wikipedia, so I'm just going to paste the summary of events here. This is a long summary, because it was a tedious war.
"The Wars of the Roses were a series of dynastic civil wars for the throne of England fought between supporters of two rival branches of the royal House of Plantagenet: the houses of Lancaster and York (the "red" and the "white" rose, respectively). They were fought in several sporadic episodes between 1455 and 1485, although there was related fighting both before and after this period. The final victory went to a relatively remote Lancastrian claimant, Henry Tudor, who defeated the last Yorkist king Richard III and married Edward IV's daughter Elizabeth of York to unite the two houses. The House of Tudor subsequently ruled England and Wales for 117 years."
Sound familiar?

Khamaja[]
"Somewhere a zealous god threads these strings between the clouds and the earth, preparing for a symphony it fears impossible to play. And so it threads on, and on, delaying the raise of the conductor's baton."
Khamaja fought under Barrington, so why are they serving Ordallia/Romanda and Barrington leading Ivalice? Am I missing something (which is why I'm not fixing it myself) or what?
Most likely a mistake there.

Gives me a good excuse to Dewikify the article. Turns out the section about its relation to the central storyline was copied from the Pedia. Actually, scratch that, unless there's a good reason to keep that section (which is basically the same as Aftermath) I see no reason to keep it.
The WikiPedia (if youre talking about that pedia) is very unstable. One moment they mean to do an article, and the next they'll do merging and all the content is gone. What's better is to make sure the content is true, but tailor the words to make t our original text.
