Does the title refer to any specific promise?[]

Does anyone know if the title of the music refers to any specific promise made in game or is it just a theme (that is theme of promises made throughout the game)? Speaking of which, anyone recount all the characters who made or refer to a promise in game? Snow make one to Serah + Vanille and Fang made a promise to keep Cocoon safe. Here's what I found:

Snow promised to Serah to keep herself.
Snow and Vanille promised to protect and save Cocoon.
Vanille claims that she has promise with Hope to visit Gran Pulse together.
Fang promised to keep Vanille save and not let her turn into Cie'th.
Hope promises Light to watch out for her.
