Should thus just be on the normal Crisis Core page? FFT War of the Lions is not a separate article nor is FFXII Zodiac Age. Collections seem to have their own pages on the wiki, but not remastered versions of games.Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 07:12, 17 June 2022 (UTC)
- Personally, I'd rather keep named re-releases as their own pages, mostly to mention differences (and also because my brain worms demand it). Regardless it's not like we're very consistent with that either, since Intergrade gets its own page for example. I think it's less a matter of policy and more a matter of no one's actually made a separate page for those, but it'd be okay if someone were to go to bat for those pages. — Zero-ELEC (talk) 07:31, 17 June 2022 (UTC)
- Well in the case of WotL we did have a page for it then merged it.
- I think generally we prefer to merge remasters unless there's good reason not to? We usually treat them like ports. -- Some Color Mage ~ (Talk) 07:36, 17 June 2022 (UTC)
- Version differences pages are for listing differences. Just gotta think what this page would actually have. Have the same character list, and story, and gameplay section both here and on the normal Crisis Core page? That's like double the work! The one thing that would be different would be production credits.Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 07:39, 17 June 2022 (UTC)
- Hmm I see what Zero-ELEC means looking at the Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade page, like an "add-on" article rather than a game article. That one doesn't have a character list or story and all that. But all "content" on it is just links to main articles elsewhere, which seems a little redundant. What is useful about that format though is that the version-specific logo gets center stage in the infobox and the release dates and platforms are specific to that version. And I assume this version of Crisis Core will have a vastly different production crew than the OG. (Is Tabata coming back?)Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 07:54, 17 June 2022 (UTC)
