Do you know to read game titles? Chocobo's Mysterious Dungeon 2 is a fan translation from Japanese name. Official English name is Chocobo's Dungeon 2.——Preceding unsigned comment was added by 81.39.229.40 (talkcontribs). Please sign your posts with ~~~~.

As it turns out, we do. Read the article's first paragraph. It says what you've just written. While I agree with using the official English, I believe the original translation was used to match it to its predecessor. Remember what happened with Final Fantasy IV and Final Fantasy VI? We try to avoid repetition of some things. Eric Ryan Jones 19:11, 15 August 2009 (UTC)
What repetition? This game is the only Chocobo's Dungeon 2. Chocobo's Mysterious Dungeon 2 doesn't exist, is a free translation! WTF? We are crazy!!! We use official Japanese names (Chocobo to Mahou no Ehon: Majo to Shoujo to Go-nin no Yuusha), non-official free translations (Chocobo's Mysterious Dungeon), false names (Chocobo's Mysterious Dungeon 2)... Coherency please! --81.39.229.40 19:29, 15 August 2009 (UTC)
Any chance you could speak about this calmly? Anyway, the repetition I speak of is one in which an English version's name eventually changes to match the Japanese version. As I said, it happened with IV and VI. Sometimes we have to wait for Squenix to get consistent before we can. Eric Ryan Jones 20:05, 15 August 2009 (UTC)
