It do no need to be merged with the Order, since it have been confirmed that the name is Salvation Council, which are behind the murders in Luxerion.

- OK, one of the two pages has to be wrong here, because both pages claim to be the Salvation Council, and they are doing the same thing, indicating that they are, in fact, the same group, but they worship different gods. Wut? -- Some Color Mage ~ (Talk) 11:44, July 29, 2013 (UTC)

- The Order is the sect made up from the devotees of Bhunivelze. And I'm not sure a body like that would take the name "Salvation Council". Given the info we have, it's not much of a speculative leap that the old SC is made up of the followers of Etro.
