Is this really true?[]

I don't remember this being a prequisite? My husband is playing Dissidia for the first time now and got a Chaos Report from minimum strength boss card (because he had a card that lets the next battle be of minimum strength).Keltainentoukokuu 01:43, December 27, 2010 (UTC)
