which lvl does Blitz have to be, to be able to mug power generator from him?
Just wanted to note a Trivia here, the name Blitz might be coming from the German word Blitz, meaning Thunder/Lightning, hence his elemental properties..

Charging Blitz[]
What causes Blitz to charge? Does he charge after being hit with any Lightning elemental ability? Or is it only when he attacks himself?
Blitz has special Thunder abilities which give a flag to himself, but since I haven't seen his AI I don't know if the flag can also be inflicted via a counter script. JBed (talk) 00:05, October 4, 2019 (UTC)
