I think Biggs and Wedge should have their own separate enemy articles. If anything, look at the messy looking infobox. Maybe we could have a Biggs and Wedge (Final Fantasy VIII) character page, then have Biggs (Final Fantasy VIII Boss) and Wedge (Final Fantasy VIII Boss) enemy pages. Let's face it: They deserve their own character page. Jeppo (Talk | contribs) 01:44, January 12, 2010 (UTC)
RWBY[]
In the newest episode of the web-series RWBY, two bodyguards appeared with Penny, where one wears blue and the other red color. Given that and the fact that they're part of the military, they might be a minor reference to Biggs and Wedge from FFVIII. Moreover, some started to dub them "Biggs and Wedge". I'm not sure if it's enough to be qualified as a information that can be mentioned in the mainspace, but I just wanted to point some references, intentional or not. Also: Penny's guards.—Kaimi (999,999 CP/5 TP) ∙ 15:39, September 12, 2014 (UTC)
- I had to hunt down a screenshot of these guys, and they do look like FFVIII Galabadian soldiers somewhat - http://www.gfycat.com/GiantLimpingHatchetfish . I don't know anything about this (YMMV on quality) series. However, since they have no lines, no names, and that's a pretty obscure reference even in Final Fantasy terms, I don't think we should add them to the page. Unless they show up again and actually call back to FFVIII. --BlueHighwindツ 16:18, September 12, 2014 (UTC)
