Gilgamesh: Enough expository banter!
This talk page is used for discussing improvements to the page "Bhunivelze (location)". It is not the place for general discussion or sharing stories about the topic of this article.

Pre-existing page

This page is the same as Bhunivelze. Shouldn't they be merged or one of them deleted? COOLAWITS ~TALK | YFC | XVI | DQFF~ 15:30, February 26, 2012 (UTC)

No, they aren't the same. Thirteenth Ark is what the Academy studied in order to find out what levitates it, so they can use the same source to levitate Bhunivelze. --Sove 15:50, February 26, 2012 (UTC)

What was the point of making a New Cocoon?

Hope and the Academy spent all these centuries building the New Cocoon, but what was the point? The city of Academia didn't even get damaged when Cocoon fell, so why did everyone have to abandon it?——Preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.107.140.23 (talkcontribs). First, it was stated that Academia was built near the crystal pillar that supported the old Cocoon, so Academia was in potential danger to be greatly damaged. Second, I don't really know why they wanted a new Cocoon: it's possible that Cocoonians were used to the floating sphere in the sky, and also the shy would look kinda empty; possibly there were people who were still too much afraid of Gran Pulse and wanted to stay as much away from it as possible: this could relate to their dependece on the fal'Cie which after 500 years should be forgotten by now; there's also another possibility: that people can create something great without the need of fal'Cie. Also remember that timeline in FFXIII-2 was tangled by Caius and Etro (it was Etro's action of reviving Serah, Light, Snow, Dajh, Hope, and Sazh from crystal stasis that tangled the timeline and that should never happen).—Kaimi (999,999 CP/5 TP) 12:01, December 15, 2012 (UTC)

Most settlements in Gran Pulse where near Cocoon and there where still inhabited lands in Cocoon itself. Even the cities in Pulse had to be moved elsewhere. Personally I think Hope just came up with a BS reason in order to get funding in his plan to save Fang and Vanille. Either way there were still people who liked Cocoon, and it was more or less a way of keeping the Cocoon inhabitants happy to evade war (the original war that brought down Cocoon was merely a conflict between the Cocoon dwellers and the Gran Pulse settlers over the Crystal Pillar's deterioration). --Leonesque 12:21, April 19, 2013 (UTC)

That's what I was thinking- why don't they all just put their purses down and live on gran pulse? --McBob49 (talk) 17:11, June 6, 2013 (UTC)

Tag

May I ask why the tag for this page is (Final Fantasy XIII), when

  1. This Bhunizelze didn't appear in XIII
  2. There is already a Bhunivelze (the fal'Cie) that does appear in XIII

Wouldn't it make more sense to tag this as (Location)? http://i1017.photobucket.com/albums/af293/DilsDileva/GoldEggCenturion.png DilsDileva 22:53,1/31/2013

Yes, actually. Move! 79.69.207.246 23:38, January 31, 2013 (UTC)
