Puts enemies to sleep with Yawn, and blows people out of the party with Sneeze.
Final Fantasy VI PlayStation Bestiary entry
The Suriander is an enemy in Final Fantasy VI.
Stats[]
Battle[]
It has a chance of using Yawn on its first turn and every third turn after, putting a party member to sleep. It has a 33% chance of countering any attack with Snort, removing a party member from battle. This makes them particularly annoying when fought in the Dreamscape, where the party is already reduced to three members. Besides Snort and Sneeze, they use normal attacks.
Strategy[]
It is best to try and take them out quickly with Holy-elemental attacks, as the more attacks it takes to defeat them the greater the chance they will use Snort to blow away a party member.
