Support Materia from FFVII Remake

Support materia icon.

Support materia is one of five subsets of materia in Final Fantasy VII Remake and "Episode INTERmission". They add supplemental effects to paired Magic Materia Magic Materia and Command Materia Command Materia. Support materia can be paired on weapons or armor with linked materia slots when compatible.

All support materia can only obtained once; trying to obtain them again using chapter selection won't reward duplicates. Where support materia were previously obtained, Healing Materia Healing Materia or other types of magic materia can be found.

Many of the support materia are carried over from Supporting Materia in the original Final Fantasy VII, though they are considerably more limited than in Final Fantasy VII. The support materia in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth reused many of the Remake materia.
