Description
Storm's Fury is an ability for Yuffie in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Her final unlocked ability, it causes Yuffie to deal a flurry of strikes before finishing with a final devastating strike. The ability deals immense damage, but costs three ATB charges.
Storm's Fury is Yuffie's "Greased Lightning" Limit Break from Final Fantasy VII.

Storm's Fury is unlocked from Yuffie's folio. The skill core to unlock it costs 20 SP, and it is available after reaching party level 8. This means the ability that will be acquired late into the game.
Use[]
Because Storm's Fury requires three ATB charges, it requires using United Refocus beforehand, or equipping the 
Corsair's Compass.
Storm's Fury deals immense damage against a single target. This is best used against a staggered enemy, as it will otherwise be mostly wasted for its ATB cost.
As using it will consume three ATB charges, this will level up Banishment or Purification instantly. Following up Storm's Fury with Banishment can be incredibly powerful.
