Stonega (ストンガ, Sutonga?), also known as Stonga and Stone III, is a recurring Earth-elemental spell. It is the upgrade of the spell Stone, and has an upgrade in the form of Stoneja.

Stonega is an area effect damage spell learned by Black Mages. It does Earth-aligned magical damage to all creatures within range of a specific targeted enemy. Stonega may be purchased from a vendor for 1,346 gil or less depending upon fame.
Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings[edit | edit source]
Stonega is the last of the four elemental-aligned spells that Kytes learns, at level 25. Stonega deals Earth damage to all enemies around a designated target.
Final Fantasy XIV[edit | edit source]
Stone III (Stonega in Japanese) is a White Mage spell and can be learned after completing the "Girl with the Dragon Tissue" level 54 job quest. The spell deals earth-elemental damage with a potency of 210 to a single enemy. It has a cast time of 2.5 seconds and a recast time of 2.5 seconds. The spell will automatically replace the player's Stone II spell due to the Stone Mastery II trait.

Stonega I-III are magic attacks available only for Jornee to use. The spells can only be learned from her final Titan signet. All Stonega spells deal heavy earth-elemental magic damage to a single enemy and cost 45 MP.
In addition, Titan is able to use Stonega III when he joins as a guest party member during the finale of the Eureka arc.
In the original free-to-play versions, Stonega I-III could be used by any party member equipped with a Stonega versions of the Hecatoncheir or Goblez OR signets. Each version of the spell dealt more damage depending on the summon's rank and had increased MP costs.

Stonega is cast by Shantotto when using Spirit Magic: Earth while her Bravery is between 3,000 and 5,999. It creates rocks of earth that stab upwards beneath the opponent.
