Stone II is a Conjurer and White Mage spell from Final Fantasy XIV that deals single-target earth-aspected damage to a target.
Contents
Use[]
Stone II deals light damage to a single target. Starting from level 18, the ability is the Conjurer's primary method of inflicting damage to a single target for the remainder of A Realm Reborn content and the earlier portions of the Heavensward expansion. Combining Stone II with Presence of Mind at the start of the boss encounter is a common strategy used to unleash a large amount of DPS at the battle's start.
Once the player reaches White Mage level 54, Stone II automatically upgrades to Stone III and is no longer usable outside of content synced below level 54.

Description
Stone II appeared as an ability in the original Final Fantasy XIV. At the initial release, Stone II was a spell learned by Conjurers at rank 24. The ability inflicted earth-elemental damage to all enemies within an area of effect.
After patch 1.20, the Conjurer class could not longer use Stone II and the spell was replaced with Stonera, being available at level 22. The ability dealt earth-elemental damage to the target and the surrounding units. The spell also inflicted the Heavy status. The spell had a casting time of 3 seconds and a recasting time of 30 seconds.
