Stone appeared as an spell learned by Conjurers at rank 1. The ability inflicted earth-elemental damage to all enemies within an area of effect. After patch 1.20, the Conjurer class still retained the ability to use Stone and was their default spell. The ability now dealt earth-elemental damage to a single enemy and inflicted evasion down. In addition, Stone was also the Combo action for Stonera. Stone could be assigned to any Disciple of War or Disciple of Magic class.

From the initial relaunch through Heavensward, Stone dealt earth-elemental damage with a potency of 140 and had an additional effect to inflict Heavy on the target for ten seconds. Stone I-III are magic attacks available only for Wrieg and Jornee to use. Both characters learn Stone from their respective versions of the Titan signet. All Stone spells deal small earth-elemental magic damage to an enemy and cost 8 MP to use.
In the original free-to-play versions, Stone I-III could be used by any party member equipped with a Stone version of the Titan signet. Each version of the spell dealt more damage depending on the summon's rank and had increased MP costs for each version of the spell.
Additionally, two more unique versions of Stone appear usable by Wrieg. Rapid Stone I-III are variants of Stone taught from the Geomancer signet, which deals small earth-elemental magic damage to a single enemy and hastens the user's next turn. All versions of the spell costs 32 MP to use. Lastly, Stone Rush I-III are the strongest Stone-type spells that deal earth-elemental magic damage to a single enemy six times. The spells are taught from the Dark Titan signet and cost 64 MP to cast.
