Battle[]

The enemy version is of little threat, and is weak towards Ice-elemental weapons and spells.

The boss version may prove more difficult, since a Black Mage isn't available in Edward's Tale, and the boss version's HP is a bit higher. Edward should first focus on buffing his party with his Bardsong ability until he grants Haste, Protect, and Shell upon the group. Edward can still use Bardsong for a chance to heal the party members, while every once in awhile using Salve with Potions to heal his entire group more effectively. Harley can focus on attacking, and every once in awhile Band together with Edward and use Feast of the Land to greatly heal the party. The three guards should be constantly attacking, and only healing with Potions when needed.

Etymology[]

In Jewish and medieval folklore, a golem is an animated anthropomorphic being, magically created from inanimate matter. The word was used to mean an amorphous, unformed material (usually out of stone and clay) in Psalms and medieval writing. Adam, the first man created by God in the Holy Bible, was a golem since he was created from dust and sand. Having a golem servant was seen as the ultimate symbol of wisdom and holiness, with stories of prominent Rabbis owning golems throughout the middle ages. In modern times, the word golem, sometimes pronounced goilem in Yiddish, has come to mean one who is slow, clumsy, and generally dimwitted.
