Description
Starshower is a weapon ability for Tifa in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, provided to her by the 
Dragon Claws. Tifa strikes a battle pose at an opponent and stands in place, before leaping into a flurry of nine strikes surrounding the enemy, dealing increasingly higher damage as she pummels her target from above. The final strike lands in front of an enemy and deals high area-of-effect damage. After using Starshower, follow-up attacks will deal extra damage.

Starshower is provided by the dragon claws. As these are obtained from the Desert Rush minigame, an optional minigame in the Dustbowl, it is important not to miss this due to the strength of the ability.
Use[]
Starshower is one of the strongest abilities in Tifa's skillset. Not only does the ability deal very strong damage on its own to a single target, in boosting the damage of follow-up attacks, it becomes crucial in any of her combos. Because the damage dealt by Starshower is physical damage, boosting her 
Attack Power will increase Starshower's damage; however, Starshower will increase damage of any attacking including a spell or otherwise magic-based ability, meaning high 
Magic Attack will benefit these if not Starshower. Tifa will be harder to hit during Starshower's animation, and the flurry of attacks make it easy to stun-lock some enemies.
Starshower should always be used prior to performing any of her limit breaks, as it will boost their damage. Getting her to a level 2 or 3 limit break through synergy abilities, and using Starshower, can be a devastating strategy to most enemies and to many bosses. Starshower should also be used before powerful spells, such as a 
Firaga or Cometeor, and before her physical damage abilities, particularly Trinity Strike.
Beyond this, Starshower can be used effectively with any of her combos. For instance, against a staggered enemy, splicing Starshower in between her Unbridled Strength or Unfettered Fury attacks (depending on if she is using physical or magic damage), as well as prior to her other abilities.
