Raises [Dexterity]
Description
Speed Source is an item item in Final Fantasy VII that permanently increases the character's Dexterity by 1. Higher Dexterity lets the character get turns more frequently, as well as evade enemies' attacks more often and have their own hits connect more often.

Speed Source is among the most valuable of the sources, as it allows the player several more turns to act. Once the player is able to obtain the Conformer, it becomes very easy to farm Speed Sources from the Poodler in the Sunken Gelnika as they will only spawn in the same room as the Bad Rap, which also provides easy farming to the Luck Source. It is very easy to max out Dexterity on all characters to 255 without much problem.
