Specter (Mystic Quest)

Template:FFMQ Enemies Specter is an enemy type from Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. They appear in the Windia region and can counter attacks with Confu-Touch, and lower the attack strength of party members. Like many undead, they can also multiply themselves.
