Soul of Thamasa is an accessory in Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-. One of the more powerful accessories in the game, it grants Zack no MP cost permanently, allowing him to cast infinite spells with no restrictions.

Soul of Thamasa is found as a chest in "M9-4-4: Machines Gone Haywire" and "M9-6-5: Life Form of Energy".
Use[]
No MP Cost not only means the player no longer has to invest in boosting Zack's MP stat, but also makes him immune to enemy abilities that reduce his MP. It is therefore a vitally important accessory to equip once obtained.
Soul of Thamasa is outclassed by Genji Helm once obtained, as it also sets no AP cost and is thus more slot-efficient.
When used in Materia Fusion, one is used to increase MP by 10%. Because the existence of the accessory makes MP unnecessary, it should instead be sold once outclassed.
