The Soul Crystal is a gameplay element found in some battles in Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings. First used in a battle at the Fane of Gucuma Qul, each opposing team has one Soul Crystal, usually tucked away on opposite sides of the battlefield. The Soul Crystal will periodically revive its team's KOed Leaders (not Yarhi), who will reincarnate near the base of the Crystal when the Crystal's gauge is filled completely.
This effectively renders each team immortal until the Soul Crystal itself is destroyed, signaling the end of the battle. It should be noted that in some missions, only one team has a Soul Crystal.
