Sorceress is an enemy in Final Fantasy IV: The After Years. She is not a powerful foe, and merely attempts to inflict Silence or Slow. When with enemies, she will repeat her pattern of Slow > Silence, but when left alone will instead attack physically every turn. If confused, she will begin casting Haste on herself and her allies one by one, and will continue to do so until she is attacked or Confuse wears off.
In the 3D versions, she only appears in floor B2 of the Sealed Cave. Examining the second door from the top right in this room leads to an encounter with a Trap Door. Reducing this enemy's health to below 200 HP without completely defeating it, will cause it to disappear, leaving the Sorceress to fight the party in its place.
