Sorcerer is an enemy fought at the Coliseum and Castle Fynn, and later around the world map after obtaining the Ultima Tome. It battles using a wide array of spells including Drain VIII, Death VI, and Fire VIII, and upon defeat, drop a wide array of tomes including Aura Tome, Death Tome, Haste Tome, and Toad Tome.
Final Fantasy III

Sorcerer is an enemy fought in the forests around Saronia as well as in the Dragon Spire. They are moderately dangerous, having access to Fira, Blizzara, and Thundara, but otherwise have low stats and are easy to defeat.
Final Fantasy IV

Sorcerer is an enemy fought at the Tower of Babil. They will only summon other enemies to fight and will never attack themselves, making them useful for grinding EXP. It is useful primarily for the Rune Armlet and Rune Staff that it may rarely drop.
Final Fantasy IV: The After Years

Sorcerer is an enemy fought on the overworld for the Lunarian's tale, and in the Challenge Dungeons for Rydia, Kain, and the Lunarians. It is otherwise the same as before.
Final Fantasy V

Sorcerer is an enemy fought while fleeing from Karnak Castle. It fights casting either Confuse or Toad, but is otherwise not a huge threat to the party.
Final Fantasy Mystic Quest

Sorcerer is an enemy fought at Pazuzu's Tower and Mac's Ship. They can be relatively dangerous due to knowing the Quake spell, in addition to having access to Cure, Blizzard, and Thunder.
