A bewitching cape that weakens elemental attacks. This cape is said to have been owned by a man who became so obsessed with gaining magic powers that he started to dabble in the art of curses, which was taboo among the mages. Soon enough, he was branded a heretic, and he disappeared from the public. But his hatred towards the mages remained, which spurred him to create items that he equipped himself that can weaken the power of magic directed towards him.

Description
Sorceror's Mantle is an accessory exclusive to the Advance port and the now-discontinued 2013 version that provides 20 Magic Evasion, 1 Weight, +10% Evasion, and halves all elemental damage. It is found at the Sealed Temple.

Sorcerer's Cape is an accessory that provides 5 DEF, 5 SPR, and +10% resistance to all elements. It can be obtained as the reward for the quests "The Abominable Stone Warrior" and "Going after Materials".
