Soporific is a Blue Magic spell learned from Flytraps in Final Fantasy XI. It puts all enemies within the area of effect to sleep. Soporific inflicts dark-based sleep. It costs 4 Blue Magic Points to set. When set, it grants HP -5 and MP +5. Blue Mages can set Soporific along with certain spells to create the Clear Mind combo.
Soporific is also an enemy ability used by the Flytrap family.
