There are fifth locked gateways located on Snowy Peaks of Crudelis.

The first one can be found by viewing "The Little Mage Girl". It unlocks when Vaan reached level 7.
Second gate can be found by viewing "The Court Jester". It unlocks upon beating 20 Silver Lobos.
Third gate can be found by beating "Solitary Remains Pt. 2". It unlocks upon recruiting Yang.
Fourth gate can be found by viewing "Quick Encounter Pt. 4-15". It unlocks upon recruiting Onion Knight.
Fifth gate can be found by beating "Silvery White Ruins Pt. 1". It unlocks upon recruiting Penelo, Yang, and Onion Knight.

Behind "Quick Encounter Pt. 4-3" is a chest with Higher Guard Orb x5.
