Oh, shut up and help me remodel the Snow Villiers (Opera Omnia) page!
Known for his massive physique and rugged appearance, he is the leader of the anti-Sanctum resistance group NORA. He is determined to save his fiancée, Serah, from her tragic fate as a l'Cie and will do anything it takes to be reunited. His optimistic nature sometimes causes friction within the group, but it's also what keeps them together.Description
Snow wears a black bandanna, black gloves, large gray boots, a light blue vest over a black shirt, and a striped blue scarf hanging from a belt. He wears a beige trench coat with frayed hems, and two pendants—one with the logo of NORA, and his engagement necklace in the shape of Cocoon. His l'Cie brand is on his left forearm.
His alternate costume, "Patron of Yusnaan", is based on his Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII appearance. He has straight shoulder-length hair and a small goatee. He wears a formal black suit with matching gloves and boots, and the engagement pendant he had given to his fiancée Serah.
Lost Chapter: A Burning Passion
Snow first encounters the warriors of light as they close a Torsion in a snowy mountainous region. Hope is ambushed by a wolf, but Snow successfully defeats it before realizing that Hope was indeed the person who he defended. He makes his introductions to the contingent of warriors. Snow explains to the Warrior of Light that although he didn’t know what a Torsion was, he recognized that it had to be closed because it was spitting out monsters, and that someone might yet get hurt if he did not act. Mog extends an invitation to Snow for him to help save the world of light, and he excitedly accepts, offering to tank hits from any enemies that threaten his new allies.
Later on, Snow greets his fiancée Serah and tells her that he is glad to see her safe and sound. Serah tells him proudly that she can fight on her own too, now, and Snow affirms her excitement with his own. While Vincent expresses a pleasant surprise at his support, Lightning becomes upset at his willingness to put Serah in danger. Snow defends both him and Serah, saying he that just because he is worried does not mean he won’t respect her decision to fight as well. But he reminds Lightning that Serah will always have the rest of them as backup. Lightning expresses a profound anxiety after Vincent ruminates on not taking the proper precautions to prevent the loss of a loved one, and Shadow reaffirms her worry. Eventually, Lightning gives in, and firmly orders Snow and Serah to be particularly vigilant when looking out for each other.
Later on their journey, Firion approaches Snow to remind him to be vigilant of nearby enemies, and Snow reaffirms to him that he indeed intends to protect everyone he now considers an ally. He responds to his fellow journeyers, also including Ace, Wakka, Steiner and Ramza, by explaining that he fights because he doesn’t want to lose anyone he loves, particularly his betrothed, Serah Farron. He fights for them especially because in the world from which he came, he was so uncertain of what the truth was that all he had to cling to were his ties to his loved ones. All the others resonate with various elements of principled approach to fighting.
Snow and the other warriors continue their journey to the last Torsion when he stops to ask Cloud, Cecil, Zidane, Hope, and the Warrior of Light what it is that they all fight for. He reaffirms the same principles he shared to the last contingent of fighters in his group. Snow expresses his optimism that things will work out as they always do.
