Despite its name, Triple Attack is simply a physical blow. Sneaky Step is not a threat, and is useful to fight for two reasons; firstly, it drops M-Tentacles, a powerful battle item; second, there is a one-in-four chance that Sneaky Step will cast Death Sentence on a party member, which can be learned as an Enemy Skill. Death Sentence can kill a character after enough time has passed, but the battle should not last long enough for it to work.
Sneaky Step will not attack a party member that is afflicted by Death Sentence.
