(The area is incorrectly named The Hakawea on the wiki map, but it is actually called Cape Tialan in-game)
The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start of the Hunt Club quest. Afterward, there is a 40% chance Skullash will appear among the Pyrolisks in the Cape Tialan area of the Phon Coast.
