The Silver Dragon is an enemy in Final Fantasy IV: The After Years. It is not a difficult opponent to defeat unless not defeated quick enough, as it has access to the powerful Frost Blast attack. It will follow a strict pattern of Attack > Attack > Frost Blast, and then repeat from there. For those who do not want to deal with Frost Blast, it is recommended to defeat the dragon before its third turn. If the player has it, the Tornado spell works well enough to reduce it to single digit HP, allowing anyone else to defeat it on their next turn. If the spell is not available, the player can use regular attacks and Bio or Quake spells to defeat it. Stop works well against it as well.
