Uses "Mini" on one opponent
Description
Shrivel is a battle item item in Final Fantasy VII that casts Mini on a target, inflicting Small, making them only do 1 damage with their physical attacks.
Its appearance with the International item gallery is a shoe-shaped bottle; the shoe is akin to curly slippers found on elves or gnomes.

Use[]
Shrivel has mediocre use, as Frog is a superior status due to it not only reducing Strength, but prevents the target from casting spells. It is therefore recommended to use Impalers and Frog Song over the Shrivel.
