The Shear Trigger is the second weapon available to Squall, obtained at a junk shop by using 200 gil, a Steel Pipe, and Screw x4. It provides 14 Strength and 255% Hit Rate, as well as access to Rough Divide and the first weapon to give access to Fated Circle.
