Shear Trigger (キアストレート, Kia Sutorēto?, lit. Kia Straight) is a recurring weapon in the Final Fantasy series. It is a gunblade for Squall Leonhart, a sword with a firing mechanism that improves damage when used with the correct timing. In games where "gunblade" is not a weapon type, the Shear Trigger is classed as a sword.
