Open your eyes to the darkness, and drown in its loveless embrace. The gods will not be watching.
The Thunder God
Shadow Blade is an ability used by The Thunder God during the third boss fight of the Orbonne Monastery 24-man raid dungeon, as part of the Return To Ivalice storyline. The attack targets one or two people from each of the three alliances in the battle, causing them to drop an expanding globe of dark energy at their location after a few seconds, which will damage everyone inside it over time. If two of these globes overlap as they expand, they will explode, dealing heavy damage to every person in the battle, and inflicting a Bleed debuff that deals further damage over time.
Master of all swords, cut energy! Night Sword!
Shadowblade is an ability of the Fell Knight and Deathknight, learned for 100 JP. It has a range of 3, an effect of 1, and activates immediately upon being used. It deals Dark-elemental damage to one target while healing the user for the same amount of damage dealt.
Sword of Darkness is an ability of the Lanista, learned for 350 JP from the Ancient Sword. It costs 12 MP to use, has a range equal to the user's weapon, and deals Dark-elemental damage to one target while healing the user equal to the damage dealt.
